Larrakia Studio

Immerse yourself in a deeper understanding of Larrakia Culture and Country

Over four separate Thursdays, we are celebrating the incredible talents of Larrakia artists. This series is not just an artistic showcase, it is a powerful tribute to Gulumerridjin-Larrakia, the land we call home, a land steeped in rich history and traditions. More than just performances, these events are a celebration of identity, heritage, and the enduring spirit of the Larrakia people.

First up is a long overdue re-visit to a play first performed in 1993, Gary Lee’s Keep Him My Heart.

The other three gatherings include street art, panels, scientists, deep listening and creative practice as therapy.
