Our 6am classes are the perfect start to your day! Your practice will focus on the week’s Ayurvedic inspired peak pose or intention, allowing you to find space, strength and length.
Aligning with the Ayurvedic seasons, class will start with a moment to bring the peace and quietness of the early morning into practice. A creative, balanced sequence will include both moving and static poses at a rhythm aligned to the current season. Your rounded practice will focus on calming the mind, cultivating prana (life-force energy) and stabilising your nervous system so that you can move forward with joy and energy into the rest of your day. Your practice will include savasana (deep rest) to integrate and relax, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation.
Class is open to all levels.
