Stony Creek Races

Stony Creek Racing Club is the home of thoroughbred racing in beautiful South Gippsland. The picturesque racecourse is located on the South Gippsland Highway, on the edge of the sleepy Stony Creek township - home to only 281 residents. However, the race club is known to draw a crowd ten times that amount for its Summer Holiday race meetings, and the Stony Creek Cup in March. These feature events bring the community together offering an abundance of free kids entertainment and activities, making Stony Creek also popular with holidaymakers staying in the region.
