A hands-on class where make your own rough puff and lard pastry. Learn recipes and take-home tips to make your pies, pasties and sausage rolls at home!
Learn to make cornish pasties using larded pastry. Create homemade sausage rolls from scratch, including the rough puff pastry and beef filling. Make Meat pies using lard and puff pastry filled with beef pie filling.
This class suits beginners and advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that pastry is not as hard as you think. I will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your new pastry-baking skills.
Entry Cost
All tickets $145 - What’s included: An apron to use during the class are supplied, along with a take-home recipe booklet. You take home what you cook.
Afternoon tea included. This class is not suitable for people with gluten-free or vegan dietary requirements.
