Bring The Sunshine at Olivine Wine Bar

Within the historic 170-year-old bluestone walls of Pentridge, Olivine Wine Bar has transformed its outdoor piazza into an Aperol-themed playground. Complete with signature tangerine umbrellas, cozy cushions, relaxing chairs and the all-important, cocktail glasses. The activation is set to transport visitors into a sun-soaked, Italian-inspired atmosphere - to unwind in style with an Aperol Spritz in hand. From now until the end of summer, guests can enjoy expertly crafted Aperol Spritz cocktails (including a special half price sun downer hour $10 Aperol Spritz between 5-6pm), as well as signature tasty bites. The outdoor piazza, with pops of bright orange, creates a stunning contrast to the stone walls, fusing rich vibrancy with historical charm. Bringing the sunshine into the heart of Coburg, Olivine Wine Bar’s summer-inspired pop-up is open Tuesday to Friday 5-11pm and Saturday 2-11pm.
