Fun & Fit over 50 will bring you a fun movement program and social opportunity aiming to help improve your mobility, strength and coordination.

You will need a water bottle, small towel and wear nice comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.

Fun & Fit over 50 is a Healthy Ageing Hub event, supporting improved health outcomes for older people.
