Improve your strength, mobility, flexibility and balance with Remain Active. Exercises include light cardio, resistance and fun, interactive stretches. Taught by leading professionals, our aim is to make you the best version of yourself, plus more.
Join for as little as $5 if you're over 65 and on CHSP. Not registered with My Aged Care yet? Call us and we can help you get started.
Mind+Move is a tailored Leisure and Wellness club at Jesmond Park Uniting Church for seniors aimed at helping you enjoy a happier healthier you.
A range of Mind+Move online activities are also on offer, comprising of:
- Meditation & Relaxation: Tuesdays 3.30 - 4pm
- Yoga: Wednesdays 9 - 10am
- Tai Chi: Fridays 9 - 10am
- Music Concerts: Fridays 3 - 4pm
- Remain Active: Mondays and Thursdays 9 - 10am
