The Island Triathlon Festival event is staged over three days from Friday to Sunday and includes a evening fun run on Friday, Aquathlon on Saturday and Sprint, Olympic and Short Distance Triathlons on Sunday. The event is open to all standards of athletes and encourages participants to push their fitness to a new level.
