Enjoy a serene 8am Wednesday qigong session with Katrina. Designed to nurture and balance your vital life energy (known as “qi”), this ancient Chinese practice helps to support healing, vitality, and overall well-being. By combining gentle breathing techniques, flowing movements, and mindful postures, qigong helps to open up energy pathways in the body, encouraging the free flow of qi. This practice not only promotes physical health but also brings mental clarity and emotional harmony.
A qigong class wraps up with a soothing meditation, letting you fully absorb the calming benefits of the practice. You’ll leave feeling peaceful and re-energised, making it a perfect way to start your day with positivity and focus.
Everyone is welcome, no matter your age or fitness level! Just come in comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a mat for meditation. If sitting is more comfortable for you, feel free to bring your own chair.
