About

A weekly Peer to Peer mental health support group from 12.30pm - 2:30pm every Wednesday. Mutual help based on a recovery program that is developed from lived experience of mental distress and recovery. GROW is free to attend and no referral or diagnosis is needed. Join anytime. Open to everyone over 18 years old. Funded by NSW Health and accredited under National Mental Health Standards.
