Lullabies and Sweet Dreams is a cross-cultural collaboration exploring cultural identity, family and belonging ~ through multi-artform installation including sound & photography, ceramics & visual arts, food stories & memories. Lullabies and Sweet Dreams has grown out of a collaboration between participants from Happy Hearts Playgroup, a project of Australian Red Cross migrant parenting playgroup supporting families from Migrant and Refugee Backgrounds with professional artists Alison Williams (Creative Director Wadjar Indigenous Gallery), Lizzy Rutten & Emily White ( Grow the Music), Nancy Sposato projects and creative producer Naomi Steinborner (Two Thumbs Up).

The opening event on will include Welcome to Country, Aboriginal Dance by Wadjar Ngaarlu dancers, live Music with Ali Shkaki and Kamaran Gharib with Traditional Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony and a light lunch provided. Lullabies and Sweet Dreams received funding from Regional Arts Fund through regional Arts NSW and Coffs Harbour City Council Arts grants. Further sponsorship from Woolgoolga Rotary Club, Coffs Harbour and Woolgooolga Red Cross branches and Forrest Coachlines has supported the presentation of this unique exhibition with over 25 participating families from 6 cultural communities.
