Spend an evening with Western Sydney’s leading artisanal food entrepreneurs as they share the challenges facing local small-batch producers along with their visions for the future. Hosted by Drunken Sailor Canning Co. and featuring a discussion led by Two Providores, you will have the opportunity to taste some of Western Sydney’s very best products and meet the makers who produce it.
