Take a leisurely swim in the inviting pool, relax, and settle into your accommodations. In the evening, savour a delightful dinner featuring a seasonal main spread and a delectable dessert. Immerse yourself in an interactive cooking class, where you'll explore the world of seasonal plant-based cuisine or dive into the secrets of crafting homemade ravioli and pasta. This culinary adventure includes a five-course lunch and a copy of Katie's book, "The Seasonal Vegan," filled with invaluable recipes and skills. Start your last day with a delightful breakfast on the verandah and enjoy more leisurely swims. Bid farewell to your retreat companions as your memorable getaway comes to a close. Throughout the retreat, you and your friends will have the pleasure of staying in your own section of the house with direct access to the pool and a private verandah.
