Influenced by nature and driven by balance, Flow Cook Connect is a complete day of self care offering a genuine, authentic and holistic Yoga and Ayurveda experience. This workshop will join the dots for you about how Yoga and Ayurveda are connected, why the practices together are beneficial, why they are essential to bring balance and how you can become your own healer. Put concepts into practice, engage in lifestyle activities like yoga and cooking and become more aware of your choices - that truly have the potential to bring balance, promote healing and a sense of true health.
